The personal illustration project. In this series of illustrated still lifes, I’ve combined several elements:
Childhood Memories: Art studios, art books scattered everywhere, a home that felt like a museum of random objects, and reproductions of famous paintings.
The Human Touch: I love the home and domestic life; I love drawing it. I also love photographing plates after a meal—I enjoy that "humanity without the human" vibe.
Calmness: I placed a Renaissance portrait in every illustration because, to me, the Renaissance embodies calmness and completeness. And right now, we all need a bit more of that.
