Spring in the Port
XS-size mural (41 m²) on the facade of the Evangelical Kindergarten
Hafenstrasse 34, Mannheim, Germany
In this mural, I painted various whimsical flowers that represent the social diversity of Mannheim. The seagulls and water droplets hint at the proximity to water — the port is just in two steps from the kindergarten.
The characters warmly greet the children and their parents, inviting them into the courtyard. These flower characters are uniquely quirky, designed to spark children's imagination and creativity.
Materials: Painted with STO facade paints on brick.
Duration: 5 days.
